Upon purchase customer will receive shipping information.
Customer is responsible for first shipment (Shipping item to Velyndetti).
Velyndetti will cover the shipping expense to return alterned/repaired garment.

If you are not satisfied with your alteration or repair. You are entitled to two circumstances.
1.) Velyndetti will correct the alteration for free. Velyndetti will cover shipment expenses.
2.) You will receive a free alteration/repair service on another garment.
